Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited for college sports, so I can take my skills to the next level. Then I will be one step closer to accomplishing my dreams to play professionally. In addition, playing sports in college can earn me a scholarship to help pay for my education.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

One way I have showed leadership on the field is motivating/positivity. For example, if someone makes an error I will tell them to keep their head shake it off and make the next play. One way I have showed leadership off the field is keeping my grades up and staying out of trouble trying to set an example for my teammates.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I regulate my diet by eating 6 essential nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. Also, I try to maintain a good amount of rest hours for my body to function well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
