Rowing Additional

I started rowing at 7 years old. I can sweep and scull. I always raced-up, usually being the youngest and I love the competition. It is my dream to row in the Olympics and represent team USA on the international stage. I was invited to attend the U18 Olympic Development Camp (Summer 2019) and have rowed with Guenter (G-man/GMS), as well as, Chris Chase and Casey Galvenek over the years at camps.
I have been a very competitive athlete from a young age. I was a 3-time National Champion in Triathlon and most recently raced in the USAT Youth Elite category until summer 2019. I learned early-on that technique is the most critical component of any sport and I spend as much time honing my technique as I do gaining strength and endurance. Most importantly, I try to be the best boat-mate I can be. I have found that the fastest boats are the ones with the best chemistry, not necessarily the best ergs. Rowing is hard and it is disappointing not to win; When that happens, you need to look at the take-aways and keep moving forward. HERE is not where we are destined to be, we are always getting better, stronger, faster.
