Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love playing sports. In high school I have participated in Varsity football, basketball, cross country, track, and tennis. Sports is more than just an extracurricular activity for me. I am very passionate about sports. I have wanted to play college football since I was very young. It's a dream of mine that I have worked hard to attain.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Many of the underclassmen look up to me as a positive role model. I am the oldest in my family and my younger siblings look up to me as well. I am a member of the leadership team for our local Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I strive to be a good, positive role model and leader on and off the field.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I try very hard to follow a well rounded and balanced diet. With guidance from some strength and conditioning coaches, I have developed my own workout regimen to help with strength and conditioning.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer at our local food pantry as often as my schedule allows. We help supplement food for low income families in our community. I help unload and sort deliveries, check freezer and refrigerators to make sure the temperatures are correct, sort and bag orders for our clients, and carry orders to clients vehicles.
