Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to be able to continue doing the sport I love in college. I believe that balance in life is important, and it is perusing a sport that does that for me. Another reason would be the sense of unity a team sport can give one, never to be alone, and to be consistent towards a common goal helps being focus, and highlights a healthy human being.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I would not consider myself a leader, I have always been a quiet member, and learn by watching a listening. But an important trait that I posses is being there for others. I might not be great to lead a group of people, but I get my stuff done, I am there for people when they need me, and I support my team members the entire way. When help is needed I am there.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in many community service activities in my community. I am a member of the Spanish National Honor Society, the French National Honor Society, and the Rowing Club in my school, which requires many hours spent helping the community.
I often volunteer at school events, but also at Ronald McDonald, and Give Kids the World. I enjoy having the opportunity to do something for others and give back.
