Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play sports in college because I love the sense of community that comes with being a part of a team. I love the sport of diving and I appreciate all the opportunities and prosperity it brings to my life.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

In or out of the pool, I always ensure to be a vigilant, sympathetic, and approachable. I allow my teammates to come to me in times of struggle for advice, and steer them in the prosperous direction, while also upholding the integrity and responsibility of an athlete. I lead my teammates, my sisters, and my peers to greatness, while simultaneously bettering myself.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Being a student-athlete has taught me to prioritize my time wisely, and stay optimistic through tough times. I have had to learn to maintain a balance in my life, as I'm juggling athletics, school, and social life while also keeping my head up.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I often volunteer at the humane society and the San Antonio food bank, for I have an understanding that many aren't privileged with aspects of life I don't always recognize as insecure.
