Baseball Additional

Grew about 8 inches between 2016 and 2017 and has maintained characteristic accuracy over that time. He has always thrown hard for his size. Taught pitching mechanics by professional instructors at an early age (including Jim and Dave Telgheder) and has maintained consistent form since. His velocity continues to gain with increased stature. Can hit corners regularly. Generally lives low in the zone. Throws an assortment of pitches. Has a lot of natural movement on fastball. Executes circle change and curveball well (has arching slow curve as well as fast version). Gets pop ups and strikeouts with regularity. Has a quality pick off move taught to him at age 10 by his first travel coach, Fred Dana. Highly intuitive, poised, not easily rattled. Experiments at home with side-arm delivery and also knuckleball with intriguing results.
