Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Soccer is my passion. The energy and focus I get from playing soccer helps me to stay on top of my training and academics . I want that continue after my high school career.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I communicate loudly and encourage my team to play their hardest to the final minute.

Off the field I volunteer as a coach for our club (Soccer Club of Rockford) Development Academy for kids 8 and under.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I feel a good student athlete has the right balance of strong academics, training, healthy life choices, and community involvement.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

As a member of the National Junior Honor Society, I am involved in many school and community volunteer efforts. Being a part of something larger than yourself always makes me feel a sense of accomplishment.
