Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Sports have always played a major role in my life. I started playing sports when I was 3 years old. Sports have a way of making me feel different then anything I've ever done. It makes me strive to be the best person I can be. I believe that college sports is a great achievement, greater than anything I have ever done before. I want to play college sports to challenge myself, to better myself, and to better the people around me.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Both on and off the field I take the leadership role of whatever I can. On the field, I like to talk out loud and talk to my teammates. I direct them on what to do, and help them if they have confusion. I always want to lead my team in everything, from lines to simple lacrosse IQ. Off the field, I like to have others see me as a leader and follow in my footsteps. Now that I am in high school plenty of bad influence come into the mix of my life. From alcohol to illegal drugs. I steer myself away from all of these horrible things and attempt to bring my friends and fellow classmates with me. I like to lead them in their thinking and influence.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performance as a student athlete by putting my 100% effort into everything I do. I eat healthy meals and meals that will help me adapt to the lifestyle I'm attempting to conform to. I work out every day and practice lacrosse. I give myself breaks and extra time off if I have an injury or I overwork myself.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have not volunteered for community service in over a year. But whenever anyone needs help I'm always there for them. If I see neighbors or people in my neighborhood struggling to do anything, I do not hesitate to help them. These are important to me because I believe that the Lord will see this and grant me good fortune, and increased faith.
