Personal Highlights

My goal in life is to go to medical school. I want college to be a time for me to grow as a rower and a student. I hope to be on a college rowing team and compete nationally. I'm accountable, very independent, and well grounded. When I'm given a task I put my all into, from a research project to going for the gold at my next regatta. I'm a hard working athlete on and off the water. I also love to volunteer, I get around 100 hours or more a year and a member in Cary Teen Core. Every day is a day for me to grow and succeed, in whatever position I'm in. In my 6 competitive seasons with Triangle Rowing Club, my latest achievement is my u17 women’s 8 which consisted of all freshman, got gold at Southeast regional championships.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a part of Key club and Teen core of Cary. I volunteer over a 100 hours a year with YGuides, a Dad/ daughter and Dad/son program, as well as at food banks and various other projects
