Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I really want to be recruited because that would be the next step in my soccer career. Also, being recruited for college sports would hold many opportunities for both training and academics.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I referee for my local parks and recreation soccer league. I referee because of the lack of referees in my area, and I believe every kid should be able to play soccer.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I do my best to balance sports, school, and my social life. I've kept a 4.0 GPA, so I have been keeping a good balance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer at a local food bank. Volunteering in my community is important to me because I know not everyone has the luxury of being able to provide enough food for their family.
