For the 2016/2017 hockey season I am playing for Windsor Wildcats Midget BB. I play for Belle River District High School, girls hockey (2016/2017). I play house league Juvenile/Midget (boys) for Belle River District Minor Hockey Association (2016/20167).
I was the starting goaltender in grades 9,10, & 11 for my high school hockey team.
When playing in SWOSSAA final for hockey ( 2013/2014 ) my team and I played 8 periods of hockey to win SWOSSAA.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue a healthy athletic performance by working with a goaltending coach on a weekly basis, I am in contact with a psychological coach for sports, and I maintain weekly phone contact with a registered dietitian for proper sports nutrition.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have been a goaltending coach for a couple of local minor hockey associations over the past few years. This year I am a goaltending coach for a girls Peewee B Rep team and a boys Peewee house team. I also help coach in a local goalie clinic that runs biweekly. I am currently waiting to be evaluated for my D1 coaching certificate.
